Important changes are imminent at Engineering Dobersek GmbH. The previous managing director and company founder, Dr. Albin Dobersek, retired from the management board on April 30, 2024 and handed over the management of the company to his daughter Natalija Dobersek, who has been part of the management team since 2020. The next step towards the future has now been taken: With effect from May 01, 2024, Jakob Gazembiler, previously Head of Sales, has been appointed as the second member of the Management Board.

This step marks a deliberate rejuvenation of the company management. The new two-member management team, consisting of Natalija Dobersek and Jakob Gazembiler, will continue to be supported by the founding couple Dr. Albin and Tatjana Dobersek as members of the advisory board. In addition, Dr. Andreas Reidick as Technical Director and Meliha Dauti as Commercial Director will support the management. Jakob Gazembiler will remain operationally responsible for sales in his new role.

Natalija Dobersek commented on the changes: “With the appointment of Jakob Gazembiler to the management board, we are placing a clear emphasis on continuity and a strategic focus on the future. His experience and expertise in sales will further strengthen our management team and future-proof our company.”
