Engineering Dobersek GmbH is looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to support our shareholders at our Mönchengladbach location. Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supporting the shareholders: Providing effective support to the shareholders by taking on all administrative tasks and responsibilities
- Taking on the preparation and follow-up of appointments, maintaining follow-ups and ensuring efficient appointment tracking
- Comprehensive support in the planning, implementation and tracking of projects (especially for building construction projects)
- Creating presentation documents and scheduling appointments, especially coordinating and monitoring scheduling for the shareholders
Your Profile
- Completed commercial vocational training, for example as an office management/office communications clerk or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position (construction or real estate industry)
- Organisational skills and an independent and autonomous approach to work
- Very good communication skills, confident and persuasive manner
- Written and spoken German and English
- Confident use of MS Office applications
