Engineering Dobersek GmbH is looking for a dedicated scheduler/ project planner (all genders) to support our team at the company’s headquarters in Mönchengladbach. Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedules for all EPC stages – from technical planning through construction to commissioning
- Scheduling at different levels of detail (levels 1 to 4) and Primavera progress monitoring
- Conducting project and resource analyses (plan/forecast/actual) including development of appropriate measures in case of deviations
- Building S-curves (earliest and latest possible planned/actual values) for progress visualization across different trades
- Independent assessment of project progress through dialogue with discipline project managers
- Preparation of regular project status reports: weekly internal reports for project and top management, as well as monthly client reports in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Analysis of deviations, identification of possible project risks, development of appropriate countermeasures
- Organisation, content preparation and follow-up of project meetings
- Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as external service providers
- Close cooperation with contract and claim management, especially for early identification and documentation of changes
Your Profile
- Completed training as a technician or a university degree in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a scheduler or project planner in plant engineering, ideally with an international focus
- Good knowledge of Primavera and proficiency in using common project management tools
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of German and English; knowledge of Russian is an asset
- Reliable, detail-oriented, capable of maintaining a clear overview of all project-related aspects
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on economic efficiency
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, assertive and able to perform under pressure
- Enthusiastic about working in international teams
