Engineering Dobersek GmbH is looking for a dedicated Process Engineer (all genders) to support our team at the company’s headquarters in Mönchengladbach. Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Planning of process engineering systems and plants from feasibility studies through basic engineering to detailed engineering
- Processing design and calculation of plants, including mass and energy balances as well as mechanical and thermal calculations
- Creating process flow diagrams and their implementation into detailed piping and instrumentation diagrams using Autodesk Plant3D
- Coding of P&IDs, determining pipe diameters, and specifying valve types
- Creating and maintaining of piping, valve, and component lists
- Documentation of process design with detailed process descriptions
- Creating functional specifications for automation and control systems
- Developing operating instructions and operation manuals
- Participating in the preparation of project proposals and quotations
- Supporting during the commissioning of our plants
Your Profile
- university degree in process engineering, metallurgy, mechanical Engineering, or in a comparable field
- Knowledge in ore processing, metallurgy, water treatment, or chemical plant engineering is desirable
- Relevant professional experience (at least 3 years) in the field of process engineering
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office products and AutoCAD
