Engineering Dobersek GmbH is looking for a Head of Bulgaria Office (all genders) to support our team at the company’s location in Sofia or Mönchengladbach. Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of our branch in Bulgaria
- Supervision of local subcontractors in Bulgaria
- Ensuring efficient processes in all areas of the company
- Responsibility for all key business figures such as budget, sales and earnings
- Implementing the branch office targets and further developing the branch office
- Expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new business partners
- Reporting to the management at the head office and close cooperation with the other branches
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business administration, engineering or comparable training
- Several years of management experience, ideally in an international environment
- Very good knowledge of the Bulgarian market and economic conditions
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong hands-on mentality and negotiation skills
- Business fluent in Bulgarian and English, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Europe
