Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of our branch in Serbia
Supervision of local subcontractors in Serbia
Ensuring efficient processes in all areas of the company
Responsibility for all key business figures such as budget, sales and earnings
Implementing the branch office targets and further developing the branch office
Expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new business partners
Reporting to the management at the head office and close cooperation with the other branches
Completed studies in business administration, engineering or comparable training
Several years of management experience, ideally in an international environment
Very good knowledge of the Serbian market and economic conditions
Entrepreneurial thinking, strong hands-on mentality and negotiation skills
Business fluent in Serbian and English, knowledge of German is an advantage
Willingness to travel within Europe
